ies. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth. Whether you’re coping with trauma, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or depression, we’ll work together to discover new ways of coping, expressing yourself, and creating a more fulfilling life. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and art therapy. I tailor sessions to each client, helping you process emotions, build coping skills, and express yourself in meaningful ways that foster healing and personal growth. I’ve learned how meaningful it is to help people rediscover their happiness and feel truly seen and supported. As your therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and feel understood. Together, we’ll build your toolkit for growth, healing, and resilience—so you can reclaim your life and move forward with confidence.

Grief and trauma aren’t just things we think about they’re experiences our whole body carries.

Sometimes healing means giving your nervous system the same compassion you give your mind. 🤍

Trauma therapy can hold the seriously hard things and the moments of laughter. 💚

Healing doesn’t mean staying in the heaviness forever. Sometimes humor creates a little breathing room and reminds us that there can still be moments of safety, connection, and lightness along the way. ✨

When the session takes a plot twist you were absolutely NOT mentally, emotionally, or professionally prepared for… 😭😂

Therapists hear a lot of things…but sometimes even we need a second to process. The therapy poker face deserves an award. 🏆

AI can help you organize thoughts, brainstorm therapy questions, and learn general coping strategies, but it shouldn’t replace human connection. Read our latest blog to learn how to use chatbots thoughtfully when dealing with anxiety, grief, relationships, and self-esteem.

Parts work is based on the idea that we can experience different “parts” of ourselves, each with their own emotions, beliefs, needs, and protective strategies.

A part may push you to stay in control.
Another may tell you to run when conflict appears.
Another may work tirelessly to make everyone happy.

These parts aren't “bad.” Often, they developed in response to experiences that taught us how to survive, belong, or stay safe.

Parts work helps us slow down, understand these protective patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
You don't have to fight the parts of yourself you don't like.

Sometimes, you just need to understand them. 🤍

Just because a thought shows up doesn't mean it's telling the truth. Your mind can be shaped by fear, past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt—but you don't have to believe every thought that passes through it. Learn to notice your thoughts without letting them define you. 💛

✨ Burnout doesn't usually happen all at once. It builds through the small choices we make every day.

Ignoring your intuition.
Saying yes when your nervous system is saying no.
Feeling like you have to be available to everyone.
Believing rest is something you have to earn.

As therapists, helpers, and caregivers, we often remind others to listen to themselves—but are we practicing what we preach?

Protecting your peace isn't selfish. Setting boundaries isn't unkind. Rest isn't something you earn after burnout…it's part of staying well.

💛 Which one on this list do you struggle with the most? Let me know in the comments.

I’m sorry but my therapist brain simply cannot handle these surface level conversations. 😂

“Hiiii… and hooow are youuuu?”
Me: We both know we’re going to say “good” and keep it moving…so why are we doing this? 🫠

The future isn’t something you have to fear…it’s something you get to create. Your story is still being written, and you get a say in what comes next. ✨
