Hi Lifelong Massage Family!

Last week, I stepped out of the office and into the classroom with Whitney Lowe for an Orthopedic Medical Massage workshop. I’m excited to bring some of the new things that I learned to your session to help you feel and move your best!

It was an honor to learn from Whitney, the developer and instructor of one of the profession’s most popular orthopedic massage training programs. Clinical/corrective massage requires a strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and evidence-based practice, which is why continuing education is so important to us at Lifelong Massage!

This training just so happened to be in the beautiful Samara, Costa Rica where I had the opportunity to see Howler monkeys right outside my bungalow, horses and dogs on my morning beach walks, and do a little surfing! Rainy season brought some showers, along with beautiful rainbows - I hope you enjoy the video!

Hi Lifelong Massage Family!

I was out of the office last week to attend a seminar for Myofascial Release 2.

Y’all!

I have got some serious new structural integration skills that I’ll be using regularly for treating misaligned pelvises, forward head postures, and TMJ dysfunction.

This has truly been a fantastic seminar with instructors that hold a wealth of knowledge and other like-minded practitioners that have been so much fun to work along side.

I’m excited to see what kind of changes this brings to how I work at the table! And I’ve also enjoyed a little get away with my family.
