Meet Clara Kim, MA, MSEd, NCC, LAPC, a Psychotherapist at Growth Minded Counseling & Consulting. Clara is bilingual in English and Korean and offers appointments at our Wayne and Bryn Mawr offices, with telehealth available throughout Pennsylvania.

Clara provides compassionate, culturally responsive care for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, cultural identity, and life transitions. EMDR and R-TEP trained, she helps clients deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful change while honoring the experiences and identities that shape who they are.

We're proud to spotlight Christine Dehmey, LPC, who serves as both a therapist and our Clinical Director of Intensive Outpatient Services. Christine works with adolescents, adults, and couples, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, and relationship concerns. She offers in-person therapy in West Chester and telehealth services throughout Pennsylvania and Florida.

Warmly welcoming Dr. Chimère Holmes, PhD, LPC, who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, women's mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, and life transitions.

Dr. Chimère also leads our Women's Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), offering specialized support for women seeking a higher level of care. She is available for virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania and in person at our Devon office.

Our new Women's Wellness & Resilience IOP is now enrolling. If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, burned out, or disconnected from yourself, our trauma-informed program provides therapist-led care, practical coping skills, and a supportive community to help you heal and move forward.
