🌿 RAINDROP TECHNIQUE™ at INGUZ Integrative Healing Center

Raindrop Technique™ is much more than a massage with essential oils. It is a comprehensive bodywork technique that combines specialized techniques applied to the feet and along the spine, gentle massage, and the sequential application of essential oils.
In materials and research related to Raindrop Technique™, this method is discussed as a supportive, complementary therapy for:
• Chronic back pain and muscular discomfort
• Scoliosis, kyphosis, and spinal misalignment
• Inflammatory conditions
• Circulatory concerns
• Anxiety and depressive symptoms
• Post-traumatic and significant emotional stress
• Supporting overall physical and emotional well-being

Another area associated with Raindrop is support for immune function. Some of the essential oils used in the technique have also been studied for their anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

🌿 This is why we view Raindrop Technique™ as a powerful supportive tool within an integrative approach to bodywork — particularly when the goal is to support the body on multiple levels rather than focusing on one isolated area.
It is important to understand that Raindrop Technique™ does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care. It is a complementary wellness/bodywork service that may be used alongside appropriate medical treatment and other supportive approaches.

🌿 When herbs become something more than just tea…

https://backmynature.com

Today, I want to introduce you to more than just herbal blends. I want to introduce you to a person — and an approach — that I personally trust.

Mikhail Nikolaenko is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who has been working with people for more than 30 years, studying the body, its responses, and the whole person. Through decades of experience, he developed his own approach to creating personalized herbal blends.

I have personally taken these herbs — and the most interesting part is that I experienced even more than the results I originally set out to achieve.

That’s why I’m sharing Back my nature today.
I personally know the person behind these blends, know him as a practitioner, and have experienced his work myself.

His approach goes far beyond the simple idea of:

“this herb is for this, and that herb is for that.”

Each custom organic blend considers the properties of the plants, how they work together, and plant energetics. Depending on the blend, it may also take into account the individual person, their specific intention, birth date and location, astrological pattern, or a particular area they would like to support.

Back My Nature draws from different herbal traditions — from Hippocratic principles and Ayurveda to Chinese, Mexican, and Siberian traditions.

And this is what especially resonates with me: it’s not simply about choosing a few “beneficial herbs.” It’s about seeing the person as a whole and creating something specifically for them.

🌿 Individual Herbal Blend
50 g — $34 | 75 g — $44 | 100 g — $54
A personalized blend created with consideration of your birth date, time, and location.

🌿 Personal Healing Herbal Blend
50 g — $34 | 75 g — $44 | 100 g — $54
Your individual pattern is combined with a specific intention — for example, supporting digestion, hormonal balance, circulation, or the nervous system.

🌿 Zodiac Herbal Blend
50 g — $29 | 75 g — $39 | 100 g — $49
Created around your zodiac sign, element, and ruling planet, with a focus on emotional balance and vital energy.

🌿 Healing Herbal Blend
50 g — $29 | 75 g — $39 | 100 g — $49
Created around a particular intention — such as relaxation, sleep, immune balance, or cardiovascular support.

My personal recommendation — 200%. 🌿

Sometimes we do so much ourselves.

And sometimes it’s worth allowing nature to do its part.

Massage begins long before the first technique💫

For me, one of the most important parts of any session is what happens before the work really begins.

It’s the moment of meeting the person exactly where they are — not where they were last week, not where I expect them to be, and not where a protocol tells me they should be.

Before I introduce a technique, I listen.

I listen with my hands, my attention, my intuition, and my experience.

What is this body asking for today?

Where is it holding?

Where is it open?

And perhaps most importantly — how much is it actually ready to receive?

Sometimes a person arrives ready for deep work. Their system is open, responsive, and willing to explore.

And sometimes the body is simply ready to touch the edge of something new — to experience it for a moment, become curious about it, and discover what might be possible.

That is enough.

More is not always better.

Our job as practitioners is not to demonstrate everything we know or fit as many techniques as possible into an hour.

Our job is to recognize the most this person can meaningfully receive today — and meet them there.

To me, that initial connection is almost 90% of a successful session.

Because even a client I have worked with many times never brings me the exact same body twice.

The person may be familiar to me.

But the body that arrives today is new.

Their nervous system is different. Their emotional state is different. Their level of fatigue, stress, openness, resistance, and capacity is different.

One day the body may invite deep work.

Another day, it may ask for stillness, softness, space, and very little intervention.

And if I enter every session assuming I already know what this person needs, I stop listening.

That is why I never skip this part.

The stillness.

The observation.

The connection.

The attunement.

Before I ask the body to change, I listen to what it is ready to receive.

Every person. Every session. Every time. 😉

P.S. This session, by the way, turned out to be incredibly deep and productive. Somehow, for both of us, it felt like a single moment… and an entire eternity at the same time. 😉

A realization through my own experience.

To doubt yourself is to not trust your own system. And our first and most natural system in this world 🌍 is our body.

Action is a choice. Inaction is also a choice. Neither is good or bad — it simply reflects who we are in that particular moment.

But doubting yourself and questioning something are two different things.

When I trust my body, I can still question my own certainty. The moment I find myself thinking, “It has to be this way,” “This is the only right way,” or “There is no other option,” it’s worth asking myself: Is that really true?

In that moment, the fear of losing something begins to lessen, along with the attachment to one single outcome. The need to force yourself into action or inaction disappears, and space opens up for other possibilities.

If your body is already telling you that it needs help, but you are still doubting yourself, perhaps your system is not yet ready for change and needs to remain where it is a little longer. Even if your back already hurts badly and it is becoming difficult to move. That is also a choice.

But if you already understand, “I can’t keep going like this. I need to do something,” and you are still searching for the “perfect” practitioner or the “perfect” method, perhaps it is time to question the need to make the perfect choice in the first place.

And start taking action — taking responsibility for treating yourself with care.

Sometimes it is enough to simply allow yourself to have a new experience.
