Celebrating 3️⃣0️⃣ years in Swansea! 🎉🎉

When the doors first opened at Lexington Medical Center Swansea, now known as Lexington Health Swansea Primary Care, the need for healthcare was immediately clear. Medical providers treated more than 30 patients on that very first day—May 20, 1996. 🩺

Over the years, the facility has consistently evolved to meet the changing needs of the area. While maintaining its core focus on family medicine, the clinic has expanded its capabilities so residents do not have to travel far for comprehensive care. 💚

Today, the staff provides a wide array of services that extend well beyond routine preventative care and same-day sick visits. The clinic features an in-office laboratory and on-site X-ray services, allowing for much faster diagnostics. Providers also handle minor procedures and specialized women’s health services, supplemented by community access to a mobile mammography van. 🔬
