• Medical Billing certification/experience required
• Have some medical billing knowledge
• Knowledge about Navinet, EHR, and insurance verification
• Comfortable working with insurance companies, healthcare providers and patients
• Have experience working with medical insurance companies
• Using coded data to produce and submit claims to insurance companies
• Answering patients’ billing questions
• Handling collections on unpaid accounts
• Needs to be flexible, TBD: times as early as 8am
• No medical benefits are included
