SSRI’s• Nutrition Depletion

The brain and body are deeply connected. Nutrition, sleep, movement, stress regulation, gut health, nutrient status, relationships, and underlying medical conditions can all influence mood and emotional well-being.

A whole-person approach may include checking for nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin D, B12, folate, iron, magnesium, and omega-3 intake; prioritizing protein, healthy fats, fiber-rich whole foods, and stable blood sugar; supporting healthy sleep and regular movement; and incorporating counseling or other evidence-based therapies.

For some people these approaches complement medication; for others, a qualified healthcare professional may determine that non-medication approaches are appropriate.

If you are looking to explore another approach, I would certainly tuned into the TheGaslitTruthPodcast on these topic! I cant begin to explain all the great information and things they are speaking up or helping others do!

YOUR OVARIES POST MENOPAUSE

‼️2026 NEW RESEARCH JUST DROPPED‼️

Research published in Molecular Human Reproduction suggests that after reproductive aging, the o***y may undergo a significant biological shift rather than simply becoming inactive.

Researchers observed increased immune activity within ovarian tissue, including changes involving T cells, macrophages, inflammation-related signaling, and the structure of the o***y itself.

In other words…

Your post-menopausal ovaries may still be biologically active they may simply be doing something different.

And THAT deserves a much bigger conversation.

Because there is something to be said about preserving the organs God designed us with whenever medically appropriate and respecting the body’s incredible innate healing intelligence rather than assuming an organ no longer has value simply because its reproductive function has changed.

It also raises bigger questions about the way women’s health has historically been approached and how men should stay out of womens health.

Modern medicine can save lives, and there are absolutely situations where surgery and medical treatment are necessary. But we also need to be willing to question a healthcare system where financial incentives, procedures, medications, and disease management can sometimes receive far more attention than prevention, nutrition, root causes, organ preservation, and long-term wellness.

Healthcare should never become simply a money-making machine.

The goal should be HEALTH. PERIOD!

To add, Men need to stay OUT OF WOMENS HEALTH!

Dr. Benjamin Rush, one of the signers of the American Declaration of Independence, was prescient when he reportedly said:

Unless we put Medical Freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to one class of men and companies, and deny equal privileges to others, and will constitute the Bastille of medical science.

Unfortunately, his prediction has come to pass, and this is now exactly the situation we find ourselves in, at least in the United States of America.

Why is the health of Americans so poor, even though we’re throwing more money at this problem than any other country? What are we doing wrong? One reason is that medicine is largely focused on chasing symptoms. And chasing symptoms is a very ineffective way to take care of the body.

In the minds of most people, symptoms are the problem, and they need to be suppressed. Most of the drugs produced by pharmaceutical companies are designed to suppress symptoms.

JUMP FOR YOUR BONES ✨

As estrogen naturally declines, women can experience accelerated bone loss. Weight-bearing impact exercises like jumping or rebounding place healthy mechanical stress on the bones, stimulating the body’s bone-building response and helping support bone density, strength, balance, and long-term osteoporosis prevention.
