We’re back from Alaska!

Gary and I are home and ready to get back to our regular schedule! We’re open our normal hours this week and looking forward to seeing everyone.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we took a little time away to enjoy an incredible trip.

Now… back to reality, coffee, and chiropractic care! ☕️😂

Office Closure ✈️🏔️

Gary and I are heading to Alaska for a chiropractic conference and a little adventure!

The office will be closed Thursday, September 3 through Monday, September 7 and will reopen for regular hours on Tuesday, September 8.

If you need an appointment before we leave, give us a call at 701-429-7001, send us a text, or message us here on Facebook and we’ll get you scheduled!

🎉 Happy Birthday, Dr. Gary! 🎉

Let's be honest... most people come to Northstar Chiropractic to see Birdie. 🐾 She's everyone's favorite staff member! You can tell by the amount of treats, love and belly rubs she gets.

But since it's Dr. Gary's birthday, we'll let him have the spotlight for one day. 😉

In all seriousness, we're incredibly grateful for Dr. Gary and the care he provides every day. His dedication to his patients, clinical expertise, and commitment to helping people feel their best make a difference in so many lives.

Are you that person who works your tail off during the week, gets to the weekend, and realizes all the things you have to catch up on at home? Or the people you have to visit? That summer project you have to FINALLY start? Suddenly, the work week doesn't sound too bad 😳
NO MORE HAVE-TOs..
We put this pressure on ourselves to use every spare minute we have on doing things that "have to" get done when the reality is, the world is still going to turn if you clean your bathroom tomorrow or organize the garage next week, etc.
Take time for yourself. Cut yourself some slack. It's Saturday for crying out loud! Make it what you WANT it to be, not what you think it has to be. Let's be kind to ourselves. Happy Saturday ❤️
