Are you that person who works your tail off during the week, gets to the weekend, and realizes all the things you have to catch up on at home? Or the people you have to visit? That summer project you have to FINALLY start? Suddenly, the work week doesn't sound too bad 😳
NO MORE HAVE-TOs..
We put this pressure on ourselves to use every spare minute we have on doing things that "have to" get done when the reality is, the world is still going to turn if you clean your bathroom tomorrow or organize the garage next week, etc.
Take time for yourself. Cut yourself some slack. It's Saturday for crying out loud! Make it what you WANT it to be, not what you think it has to be. Let's be kind to ourselves. Happy Saturday ❤️

Whiplash, also called neck sprain or neck strain, is injury to the neck. Whiplash occurs when the muscles in your neck suffer a strain because of a rapid movement backward and then forward. Some symptoms of whiplash are neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, lower back pain, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, nausea, vertigo, dizziness, etc. If you have experienced whiplash, we may be able to help!
