We specialize in providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a highly effective, research-validated treatment model for mental health conditions. CBT focuses on changing a person’s negative or unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with their quality of life. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement therapeutic goals that improve their emotional well-being.
