By now you may have heard about our famous "Chef's Table" which allows Chef/Director Gil to intro new foods for resident taste testing and input.
Today's menu-Clam rolls. And so you ask, what's so special about clam rolls?
The guest chef of honor, Elijah, grandson of resident Charly, made his debut!
From prep work, food description, plating to serving, Elijah assisted in the entire process from start to finish, taking his role very seriously as proud Grandma looked on and filmed with applause erupting from the crowd!

There's no doubt that music plays a huge part in our active community. We're fortunate to have many special musicians who share their talents with us. One of our traditions is a monthly Birthday Bash Happy Hour to celebrate all of that month's Birthdays as a community. While we recognize each person individually on their special day and it's nice to celebrate together with music, drinks and cake. Happy Birthday to all who are celebrating this July!

We threw a Lemonade Day party and it was a real squeeze! 🍋
Residents went wild for the taste test between the Strawberry Kiwi and the Mango Lemonade, but the Strawberry Kiwi was the real favorite! We spilled the tea on lemonade's history, shared some sour jokes, and soaked up the sunshine on our patio. It was a real citrus-sational time! 😂
