Life can feel heavy sometimes, pero no estás alone.

As a mental health therapist… 👇

I value authenticity over perfection, curiosity over judgment, and connection over appearances.

My hope is that people leave every interaction with me feeling a little more seen, a little less alone, and a little more hopeful than when they arrived.

Whether we meet in therapy, at a workshop, through my podcast, or simply here on social media, I want every interaction to feel like a safe place to pause, reflect, and grow.

Because sometimes, healing begins with something as simple as feeling safe enough to be yourself.

💖 If you’re looking for a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive therapist in Connecticut, I’m currently accepting new telehealth clients.

📩 Text me at (475) 201-0244 if you’re ready to take the first step. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

What are you choosing today? 👇

This is a question I asked to myself this morning…

I almost let my to-do list steal another beautiful day.

The work will still be there and probably I will completed at 4:00 p.m.

But this moment?
The sunshine.
The quiet.
A conversation with God.
The chance to remember that I am a human being; not just a human doing.

Many people tend to believe that rest had to be earned.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step outside, breathe deeply, and let your nervous system remember what peace feels like.

Today, I’m choosing presence over pressure.

💬 What made you pause and say, “Wow, life is beautiful” this week?

A beautiful afternoon and a gentle reminder that even in seasons filled with both joy and sorrow, there are still moments that invite us to slow down and simply say, “Thank You, Lord.” 🌊🎡💖

Because healing is also learning to enjoy the gift of being alive.

✨ Living deeply, one beautiful memory at a time.

Como terapista y mentora, me encanta…👇

✨una de las enseñanzas de DBT
(terapia Dialectico conductual):
la misma consiste en que dos cosas
o dos verdades pueden coexistir.✨

Las vacaciones no tienen que ser
perfectas para ser hermosas.

Y la vida tampoco.

¿Recuerdas alguna experiencia que
no salió exactamente como planeabas,
pero que hoy atesoras con cariño?

Me encantaría leerte en los comentarios ⬇️

I’ve realized that genuine connections help me regulate my nervous system. 💜

Not necessarily a perfect morning routine or another productivity hack.

Today I’m curious...

What is one simple thing that helps improve your mood, regulate your nervous system, or bring you back to yourself?

For me lately: meaningful connection. ✨

There was a season when I focused primarily on educating👇

Then there was a season when I allowed myself to share more of my humanity.

Now I’m learning how to honor both.

Behind the therapist, mentor, entrepreneur, podcaster, and author-in-progress is a woman navigating life one day at a time.

A woman who still needs rest.
Who continues learning.
Who values family, purpose, faith, and wellbeing.

I’ve learned that balance isn’t something we achieve once and forever.

It’s something we return to, again and again.

And perhaps that’s true for many of us.

Not because life becomes less demanding.
But because we become more intentional about how we carry it.

And the most beautiful thing about this journey is that we don’t have to do life alone ✨💖✨

Some days are not asking to be conquered… 👇

Some days are simply asking to be witnessed.

If today feels overwhelming, discouraging, heavy, uncertain, or even touched by hopelessness… you do not have to rush into solutions. You do not have to turn your pain into productivity. You do not have to earn gentleness.

Pause for a moment.

Place your hand over your heart.

Notice what is here without arguing with it.

And remind yourself:

*This moment is here.
*I am here too.
*And both can be true.

Then offer yourself a small prayer of loving kindness:

✨May I feel safe.
✨May I feel supported.
✨May I remember that difficult moments are not permanent identities.
✨May I allow joy to visit me, even in small ways.
✨May I trust that I do not have to carry everything alone.
✨May I meet myself with compassion today.

Then extend it outward:

✨May the people I love feel peace.
✨May they feel held.
✨May they know they are enough.
✨May joy find them too.

And if words feel far away today, let this one stay:

I do not need to force blooming. I can simply remain open to light.

A veces creemos… 👇
