She comes alive when she paints—much like how we feel most alive when we’re doing what we truly love. This sense of deep vitality comes and goes, yet we all long to experience it more often.
So how do we find our way back to it?

We’ll be exploring that question together during a special live session, Finding Your Purpose, on Friday, December 19th at 1:00 PM ET.

This Facebook-hosted event will take place on Zoom and will be facilitated by me, alongside Stef and Billy from the UK, and Richard from Belgium—a truly international conversation.

I’ve worked with Stef before and can wholeheartedly recommend the experience of being deeply listened to. It’s simple, powerful, and often transformative. Each of our collaborators brings a unique perspective, and together we’ll explore purpose in ways that feel fresh, human, and grounded. I hope you’ll join us—it may spark something meaningful for you.

This webinar grew out of a conversation between myself, Richard and Stef, inspired by a theme that keeps showing up with our clients: PURPOSE. That inquiry touched all of us...
Richard responded by writing a beautiful poem (shared below).
Stef shared an animated video (link at the top) as well as here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGRcWyfMcjY&t=26s
Billy Mann agreed to join us after we heard a compelling interview that added another rich dimension to the conversation.

You’re welcome to join with your camera off—feel free to relax, listen, or even enjoy a meal with us.

Richard’s Poem:

Ever wonder why purpose feels further away the harder you chase it?
We treat purpose like a puzzle

a thing to solve

a meaning to uncover.

But purpose isn’t hiding.
It’s just quiet.
(Quieter than the thinking we pile on top of it.)

When the noise settles, purpose stops being a concept
and becomes a feeling.
A knowing.
A moment of “oh
 there I am.”

What happens to purpose when your mind gets still?
You might not need answers.
You might just need space.

If you’ve been pushing for clarity, you’re invited to message Richard here: https://www.facebook.com/richard.kelly.370515
He’ll send you his PDF “Whispers of Wisdom” and the link to the webinar.

Q & A with Yael Abramson
Wednesday at 1:00 ET

**Please share with friends and family and ask them to IM me for the zoom link** - they will receive the recording if they can't make it live.

Yael had been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, and she experienced five psychotic episodes over a decade and 15 years of suicidal ideation. Yael’s journey is one of profound transformation. She once felt mentally broken, but discovering a new approach to understanding life, allowed her to experience peace of mind and freedom. Remarkably, she lost 50 kilograms in just six months without dieting.

Yael is currently committed to guiding clients—whether individuals, young adults, families, or groups—back to health after any diagnosis, helping them craft the life they aspire to.

Yael has shared her experiences at the 3PUK Conferences in 2019 and 2023, and in 2024, she was a featured speaker at the Family Institute of Neve Yerushalayim and was invited back to the Hebrew University in 2023-2024 to speak to social workers group students. You can view her talk at the Family Institute [here](https://youtu.be/Mgqd8ZfBOHI?si=Pvom-QX1LZRbr3ui).
