I love running groups and when I talk to other therapist and practitioners about it, I often hear how they would like to run groups, but have many hesitations and concerns about running their own groups. I started offering a group to address this very thing. It’s a group process to help you learn how to run an IFS therapy group. It is a combination of teaching about how to bring IFS to groups as well as an opportunity to be a member of a group. Using mediations and experiential exercises, we explore parts of us that come up around leading a group and developing confidence. A number of topics are discussed such as ways to bring IFS to groups as well as practical issues such as what types of groups to offer, what topic and populations. We also look at the nuts and bolts of running a group such as marketing and pricing. The group will start June 11 from noon to 130 EST and meets for 10 weeks. The cost is $75 per group so the total for the 10 weeks is $750. Let me know if you have any questions or interest. I cap the group at 6 people. [email protected]

Hi, I am forming an IFS and ADHD group for therapist and practitioners. The group is online and runs for 10 weeks. We will cover information on brain wiring as well as exploring parts and healing the underlying shame and pain as we move towards acceptance and more effective use of strategies. The group offers a place for support and connection. It will be held on Monday or Thursday around lunchtime EST. The cost is $75 per group so $750 for the 10 weeks. Please contact me with any questions or interest. [email protected]

🥇Congratulations, Alysa Liu! ( )

The figure skating sensation won gold for the U.S. at the 2026 Milan Winter Games. Liu, 20, has ADHD and says it allows her to “hyperfocus on skating.”

“I have ADHD and I love situations that I’m not expecting,” Liu told ESPN. “It gives me a dopamine rush.”
