This patient came to us with a severe saddle nose deformity and a large septal perforation. Using rib cartilage and fascia, we rebuilt a stable nasal framework, closed the perforation, and restored both structure and function.

This young beautiful lady has suboptimal experience with her previous Rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was referred to me and we performed a six hour extensive and complicated revision Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafting .

This gentleman came in with a long history of nasal trauma from his younger years. This type of a case is called a “saddle nose deformity” representing major structural collapse of the nose, causing both aesthetic and functional compromises. We performed a reconstructive septorhinoplasty using his own rib cartilage to restore both structure and function.

These pictures are at 8 months post-op, he’s thrilled with the natural appearance of his nose, breathing comfortably again and back to exercising with confidence.

The best rhinoplasty is the one that still looks like you.

One of the most rewarding parts of rhinoplasty is helping patients enhance their features while preserving what makes them unique. For this beautiful young woman, the goal was never to change her identity, it was to refine her nose in a way that remained authentic, harmonious with her ethnicity, and completely natural.
