Thank you for choosing to do the hard work of healing — even when it felt uncomfortable, scary, or uncertain.
It is an honor to hold space for your becoming.
This practice was built on courage — yours and mine. And for four years, I’ve had the privilege of watching people reclaim their voice, set boundaries, break cycles, and choose themselves.
That is sacred work.

Healing starts with us. ✨🖤

Too many in our Black community are suffering in silence. 1 in 5 Black adults experiences a mental health condition each year, yet more than 60% do not receive the support they need. This isn’t just numbers — it’s our parents, our siblings, our youth, our neighbors.

Barriers like stigma, lack of culturally responsive care, historical mistrust, and financial strain have kept many from seeking help. But healing is a revolutionary act. Breaking silence, talking openly, and seeking support is how we reclaim our power and nurture our community.

Let’s show up for each other. Check in with a friend, create safe spaces to talk, and normalize therapy. Every step toward mental wellness is a step toward collective liberation.
