It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you that Dapper Dermatology will be closing its office permanently, effective February 28, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care, we encourage you to begin planning for future dermatology services as soon as possible. If you need assistance finding another provider, the following resources may be helpful:
Your primary care physician or pediatrician can provide recommendations.
The American Academy of Dermatology website (www.aad.org) offers a “Find a Dermatologist” tool to locate board-certified dermatologists in your area.
Locally, we recommend Austin Skin Physicians operated by Dr. Sarah Gee, MD FAAD, and Dr. Kristina Collins, MD FAAD
Your medical records are an important part of your ongoing care. We are committed to making this process as seamless as possible:
You may request a copy of your medical records or authorize the transfer of your records to another provider by contacting our office at 737-317-9916 or [email protected]. All requests for medical records must be submitted in writing. A Medical Records Release Authorization form is enclosed for your convenience.
To avoid delays, please submit your request before February 28, 2025. After this date, your records will be securely stored and available by contacting Austin Skin at 512-886-7546
