“What do you do for a living?” 😭 …honestly I never know how short I’m supposed to make this answer.

Because yes, it sounds simple in theory, but in reality it’s a mix of conversations, patterns, stress responses, and helping people feel more like themselves again.

Intergenerational patterns don’t always show up loudly.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, this is something simple you can come back to. It’s called the “FIVE THINGS” technique, and it helps bring you back into the present when your mind starts to race or drift.🌀

It just gives your nervous system something steady to hold onto instead of getting pulled further into what you are experiencing. All you’re doing is gently walking your attention through your senses:

✨Something you can see
✨Something you can feel
✨Something you can hear
✨Something you can smell
✨Something you can taste

You might feel a little more grounded, a little more here — and sometimes that’s exactly what you need at the moment.🙌
