* Shiatsu is a Japanese modality based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. It taps into the energy of the body and compels it to move in an efficient fashion to aid the body, mind, and spirit.
* Normalization of Soft Tissue involves the evaluation and treatment of traumatic injuries and postural dysfunction. This modality includes Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Muscle Energy Techniques.
* Swedish Massage Therapy benefits the body by stimulating the circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, muscular, digestive, and nervous systems. It also reminds the body of its own healing power.

Dear Friend,

Last week I shared that my practice is evolving to include a more integrative way of working with the body and nervous system.

I’m excited to let you know that my updated scheduling site is now live.

You’ll find descriptions of my three offerings:

• Massage Sessions
• Body–Mind Integration Sessions
• Embodied Clarity Coaching Sessions

Each one is designed to meet you in a different way, depending on what you’re needing most right now.

If you’ve been curious about the difference between Massage and Body–Mind Integration, or wondering whether coaching might be a good fit, I’ve written more about each service to help you decide.

You can explore the updated offerings below.

If you’re unsure which session would best support you, feel free to reply to this email. I’m always happy to help you find the right fit.

Thank you for allowing me to continue growing alongside you. It is a privilege to do this work, and I look forward to supporting you wherever you are on your journey.

Warmly,

A Meaningful Evolution in My Practice:

A New Way to Support You

Dear Friend,

In the last few weeks, many of you have noticed I’ve made some changes to my studio space, and I want to share an expansion in my services and a meaningful shift in how I’m working with clients.

Through my 22 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I’ve noticed something more beneath the surface. What shows up in the body — tension, pain, fatigue — is often connected to patterns in how we’re moving through life. The stress we carry, the pace we keep, the ways we override ourselves all shape our nervous system, not only the muscles and fascia.

The body holds stories, patterns, stress responses, and protective strategies that often need more than physical relief alone.

Because of that, I’ve been expanding my work to include Body–Mind Integration Sessions: a blend of hands-on bodywork and nervous system–based coaching.

This work is the culmination of years of study in nervous system regulation and embodied healing, beginning in 2018, along with more recent professional coach training. I recently completed my certification as a BodyMind Method© Coach and became an ICF PCC-Level Trained Coach (Qualifying). This additional training has given me a deeper framework for supporting the patterns I have been observing in clients for years.

These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what your body is communicating, and create more capacity for the life you're living. They still include the hands-on work you’re accustomed to, while creating space to slow down, listen more closely to your body's signals, and explore and shift the patterns that contribute to cycles of tension, stress, and overwhelm.

If you’ve been sensing that you’re ready for a more integrated approach, this may be your body's way of asking for something different. Reply to this email and we can explore what this work might look like for you.

For some of you, massage will continue to feel like exactly what you need — and that’s completely welcome here. Massage is still very much a part of my practice, and I love being able to support you in this way.

Starting June 22, Body–Mind Integration Sessions will be available on my scheduling site. If you’re curious, we can talk more at your next appointment or find a time to connect beforehand.

I’m genuinely excited about where this work is going, and I’m grateful you’re here for it.

So much love to you,

Autumn
