🚨 We’re Hiring: Qualified Professional (QP) 🚨
Compassion Care Services LLC

We are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Professional (QP) to join our growing team. This position is part-time for now, with strong potential for growth as our company continues expanding.

We are specifically looking for someone who:
✔️ Knows the IDD/MH field well
✔️ Understands NC Medicaid and service requirements
✔️ Has experience with documentation, compliance, and oversight
✔️ Can confidently guide staff and help maintain quality services
✔️ Is organized, dependable, and proactive

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone experienced who can step in, understand the work, and help us continue building strong, compliant, person-centered services for the individuals we support.

Responsibilities may include:
• Staff supervision & support
• Documentation review & auditing
• Service oversight & compliance
• Person-centered planning support
• Assisting with admissions/intakes
• Collaboration with providers, families, and care teams

There’s something really beautiful about watching someone find their calm 🌤️🫧🎧

Today, one of our members sat outside with the bubble machine flowing, headphones on, completely content in her own peaceful little world. Moments like these are such an important reminder that regulation does not have to look one certain way.

Sometimes growth looks like excitement.
Sometimes it looks like engagement.
And sometimes it looks like feeling safe enough to simply sit, breathe, watch the bubbles, and regulate.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced administrative staff member who is familiar with the IDD/behavioral health field. We need someone organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment where compassion and compliance both matter.

Experience with things like:
• Client intake/admissions
• Authorizations & documentation
• Medicaid/Vaya/Partners knowledge
• Scheduling & communication
• EHR systems
• General office coordination

…is a huge plus.

This is not just a desk job. We’re building something meaningful and want people who truly care about the individuals we support and the standards we hold ourselves to.
