Call 870-732-1911 or 870-733-1190, leave a message with our answering service and a provider will return your call. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have a Saturday morning sick clinic starting at 8:00 AM.

Our phones and internet are still out.

If you child needs to be seen please walk in at either location.

We are working diligently with Comcast to resolve the issues.

Unfortunately our internet and phones are still down in both locations. We are being told it could be in the morning before we are back up.

We are accepting walk-in appointments. Please have your insurance information available at time of visit.

Also we know some people are still needing shot records for school at this time we are not able to print those.
