🧘🏻‍♀️Looking for a pregnancy workout that promotes overall strength but also helps you connect with your body and your baby, and prepare for birth? Look no further!🤰🏼

This exercise class will help you understand your pelvic floor, prevent diastasis recti, prevent pain, and prep your body for birth no matter what trimester you are in. Come breathe, sweat, and connect with a community of moms-to-be!

What you’ll experience:

Targeted Strengthening: Safe full body exercises to support your growing bump and protect your back.

Pelvic Floor Awareness: Learn how to both strengthen and relax the pelvic floor muscles in preparation for labor.

Pain Relief: Gentle, intentional movement to ease round ligament pain, back aches, pelvic pain and more.

Mindful Breathwork: Easy tools to use during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

🙅🏻‍♀️You do not need scented
or antibacterial soaps for your v***a (and definitely not your va**na, as it is a self-cleaning ecosystem).

When you introduce synthetic dyes, fragrances, and harsh ingredients, you:

1️⃣ Strip away good bacteria that protect against infection
2️⃣ Disrupt your natural pH which can lead to
itching, burning and yeast imbalances
3️⃣ Expose yourself to endocrine disruptors found in synthetic fragrances

Edited to add:
If water alone leaves you feeling clean, stick with it. If you prefer a cleanser, swap the fragrance for an unscented, hypoallergenic, low-pH option.
