Did You Know? Internal Condoms Are an Option!

When people think about condoms, they often think of external (male) condoms. But internal condoms are another barrier method that can help prevent pregnancy and reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

✅ Can be inserted before sexual activity

✅ Gives the receptive partner more control over protection

✅ Helps reduce the risk of STIs and unintended pregnancy

✅ Made from nitrile, making it a latex-free option for many people

A few important reminders:

• Use a new internal condom every time.

• Do not use an internal condom and an external condom together, as friction can cause tearing.
