👶🏽 Are you an expectant parent in the Palm Beach County area who is at least 32 weeks pregnant? This course is for you and your support partner!
Our class is designed to prepare, empower, and build confidence as you approach one of life’s most transformative experiences— giving birth. Whether you’re planning to give birth in a hospital, a birth center, or at home, this class supports you.
We offer evidence-based education in a welcoming space, written and designed by a midwife who actively supports birth.
Teaching expectant parents about birth has always been a passion of mine because everyone deserves to walk into their birth feeling prepared and empowered—not confused, overwhelmed, or left wondering, “What just happened?”
It truly breaks my heart to hear birth stories where people say:
