Basketball Meets Mental Strength is a youth-centered camp created to combine basketball, encouragement, emotional wellness, and confidence-building for boys and girls.

We’re looking for amazing community support to help us make this day special for our youth through donations and partnerships.

We are seeking:
✨ Water bottles
✨ Workbooks
✨ Self-care items for swag bags
✨ T-shirts/athletic shirts
✨ Volunteers for event day

This is bigger than basketball. This is about helping youth feel seen, supported, encouraged, and empowered.

Mental health isn’t separate from performance.
It’s the foundation of it.

For parents of athletes, this starts with the environment we create.
How we respond to mistakes.
How we handle pressure.
How safe our kids feel to be human, not perfect.

This is why mental health belongs in sports conversations early.
