Parenting comes with moments that can leave us wondering:
"Why does my child do that?"
While it's natural to focus on the behavior itself, it can be helpful to consider what the behavior is trying to tell you.
Sometimes a child may be seeking connection, avoiding something difficult, trying to access a favorite item or activity, or responding to a sensory experience.
Understanding the "why" behind behavior doesn't mean having all the answers—it starts with becoming curious.
🌱 This week, try asking yourself:
"What might my child be trying to communicate?"
That simple shift in perspective can open the door to greater understanding, connection, and support.
