Five more success stories from our CNA Scholarship Program! 🙌

These new CNA's absolutely crushed it and helped us maintain our 100% exam pass rate. That's right, since the start of our program last year, 100% of students have passed their CNA exam. 🤯

This summer we partnered with Friends of Foster Children of Palm Beach County, Inc to collect school supplies for foster children in our community, and it was a huge success!

Thanks to the generosity of our MorseLife team, we collected:

⭐ 200+ pencils
⭐ 100+ glue sticks
⭐ notebooks
⭐ packs of crayons
⭐ packs of colored pencils/markers

Plus backpacks, rulers, pens, scissors, sharpeners, and pencil pouches to help students start the school year with everything they need to succeed.

MorseLife CNA, Herjawati Sutiono told us:

"The MorseLife Health System CNA scholarship program has meant so much to me. It gave me the opportunity to finally complete my CNA certification, something I had always wanted to do. I was working as an HHA before, but becoming a CNA was a goal I could never afford on my own. The MorseLife CNA scholarship was truly a godsend and made this dream possible.

I am originally from Indonesia, and I always wanted to complete my schooling here in the United States. Because English is not my first language, I was afraid to invest money into school and possibly fail, especially since my grammar was not perfect. Having the scholarship gave me the motivation and confidence to try. Now that I have successfully completed the program, I feel encouraged and excited to continue my education and pursue the LPN program next.

This scholarship has had a huge impact on my life. It has given me confidence, direction, and a hunger to keep moving forward in my career. Working as a CNA is very rewarding for me because I know I am helping others live with dignity and have a better quality of life.

I would absolutely encourage others to take advantage of this scholarship opportunity. CNA programs can cost at least $1,500, and with this scholarship, the program is completely free. You do not have to worry about paying, and once you finish the program, you are able to start working right away. MorseLife is a large organization with many opportunities and different places to work, which makes it an amazing place to grow your career.

Overall, this has been an awesome program for me. As soon as I completed school, I was able to begin working while preparing for my exam. I am so excited to see where this new chapter will take me."

We could talk all day about how life changing and affirming our CNA Scholarship Program is, but hearing the experiences of our graduates is way more interesting. 😊

CNA graduate Louckens Phillipe recently told us:

"The MorseLife Health System CNA Scholarship Program gave me valuable hands-on experience in healthcare that will positively influence the way I care for patients in the future. Before joining the program, I had an interest in healthcare and a general idea of the type of caregiver I wanted to become, but this experience helped me clearly define my career goals and solidify my path once and for all.

Through the scholarship, I gained a deeper understanding of healthcare, strengthened my foundation in patient care and communication, and learned more about the realities of the field by working with a variety of patients and individuals with different perspectives.

One of the most meaningful aspects of the program was the mentorship and support I received from my CNA trainer and staff. They helped guide me through challenges, taught me how to navigate conflicting viewpoints, and encouraged me to focus on the positive lessons and values that are important in healthcare.

Overall, this program reaffirmed my decision to pursue a healthcare career and gave me the confidence, experience, and foundation needed to provide compassionate, quality care in the future.
