Last year, we served 11,071 children and distributed 334,756 diapers throughout Palm Beach County. Behind every number is a family, and every day we hear powerful stories from parents who know they have somewhere to turn during challenging times.

According to The National Diaper Bank Network, 1 in 4 parents miss work or school because they can’t afford diapers.

This creates a cycle.
Parents who cannot access childcare due to the daily diaper supply requirement are more likely to miss work, making it harder to earn an income, afford infant essentials, and break the cycle of diaper need.

If you receive public benefits including Medicaid or SNAP you must upload proof of citizenship or citizenship status to your MyAccess portal by September 30.

Acceptable documents include your birth certificate, U.S. passport, hospital certificate, USCIS documents, or court orders. If an acceptable document is not submitted by the deadline, your coverage will end.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

1 in 2 U.S. families struggle to provide enough diapers to keep their baby or toddler clean, dry, and healthy. Without enough diapers, babies face health risks, and caregivers may miss work making it even harder for families to afford basic needs.

Through our Basics4Babies Emergency Pantry for Infants, we help families struggling to make ends meet. We provide relief for parents reusing diapers or watering down formula to manage increased costs.

Serving more than 11,000 infants per year, our pantry bridges the gap in government services like Women Infants and Children (WIC) or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), as well as local food pantries that do great work, but do not focus on infant needs.

Our Basics4Babies Emergency Pantry for Infants distributes infant essentials four days a week through our two physical locations and mobile pantry which helps remove transportation barriers, ensuring families do not have to choose between their baby’s health and financial survival.

In Fiscal Year 24-25, 11,071 children were served through Basics4Babies. 334,756 diapers were distributed along with 3,349 formula canisters, and 5,012 infant food packs.
