Smile From Within: The Inner Smile Meditation” Inspired by Universal Healing Tao
It described the Inner Smile as a gentle Taoist practice that brings your attention inward with kindness. The practice involved breathing slowly, relaxing the body, and directing agentle inner smile toward the body and organs—supporting harmony among the mind, emotions, and energy.
The main wellness points were:
Reduce everyday stress and tension
Encourage emotional balance and inner calm
Promote slower, more mindful breathing
Strengthen awareness of the mind-body connection
And we deliberately presented it as a mind-body wellness and mindfulness practice, rather than claiming that it treats or heals specific diseases.
The closing thought we saved was:
“Wellness isn’t only about what you take or how you move—it’s also abo-ut how you feel within.”
