Some journeys are measured in miles.
Others are measured in the connections we make, the lessons we receive, and the ways we allow ourselves to go deeper. ❤️
As I finish my Changa training here in Los Angeles with Suzi Kalypso I’m feeling an immense sense of gratitude.
Gratitude for the Medicine.
Gratitude for the teachings.
Gratitude for the beautiful people I’ve met along the way.
And gratitude for the opportunity to sit in community—to hold space, to listen, to learn, to share, and to grow together.
There is something powerful about learning in community. Each person brings their own experience, their own wisdom, their own story—and somehow, when we come together with openness and respect, we all become teachers and students at the same time.
I’m leaving Los Angeles with more than what I arrived with.
A deeper relationship with the spirit of the Medicine.
New connections that I hope will continue long beyond this training.
New teachings to integrate.
And a renewed respect for the responsibility of holding space for others.
My bags may be packed, but the journey continues.
I’m carrying these teachings, these connections, and these experiences with me as I continue walking my own path—and supporting others on theirs.
With a full heart.
With deep gratitude.
And with so much more still to learn. From my❤️ to yours, Infinite Blessings My Friends
