At Yoga Path Palm Beach, we practice and teach a variety of styles of yoga, from high-energy cardio power vinyasa to a slow, calming Yin practice. Our classes are taught by highly trained, passionate teachers, all of whom are Yoga Alliance certified. Their goal is to guide you through your practice, creating a challenging and safe atmosphere. In classes we link the breath with movement to bring li

Gwen is a certified classical Pilates instructor who loves helping others feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

Her classes blend classical Pilates with a modern, approachable flow, creating a welcoming space for every body and every level. She hopes to inspire her clients to challenge themselves, embrace movement, and leave each class feeling stronger and more empowered.
