Therapy isn’t just “talking about your feelings.”
Sometimes it’s learning why your body stays tense even when nothing is wrong.
Sometimes it’s understanding why you shut down, overthink, people-please, or feel emotionally numb.
Sometimes it’s finally realizing that the ways you learned to survive are not the same things you need to heal.

You don’t have to walk into therapy with the “right words.”
You don’t have to be falling apart.
And you don’t have to earn support by struggling silently first.

Therapy can be:
🤍 a place to process
🤍 a place to feel safe
🤍 a place to reconnect with yourself
🤍 a place to understand the patterns you’ve carried for years

Mental health affects every part of our lives — our relationships, parenting, work, physical health, and the way we see ourselves. Prioritizing your mental health is not selfish; it’s part of caring for your overall wellbeing.

This month is a reminder that:
• Rest is productive
• Boundaries are healthy
• Asking for help is courageous
• Healing is not linear
• You do not have to carry everything alone

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, motherhood, life transitions, or simply trying to make it through a difficult season — support matters.

Seasonal Affective Disorder impacts about 5% of the population, and it can include feelings of sadness, changes in sleep and appetite, loss of energy, or even more severe depression symptoms. This can feel especially isolating around the holidays when joy is the focus.
