Two years ago today, Natalie joined R+H as a Patient Concierge. And just a few weeks ago, she earned a promotion that beautifully reflects the leader she had already become: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱.

Natalie possesses a rare kind of brilliance. She notices the concern someone has not yet voiced. She senses when a patient needs reassurance, when a teammate needs support, and when the smallest detail could transform an ordinary moment into one of genuine care. Her own journey through skin challenges inspired her to earn her esthetician license in 2023 and continue studying the science of skincare, but her greatest gift has always been the way she understands people. Natalie makes everyone around her feel seen, safe, and somehow lighter than they felt before.

Her promotion is more than a new title. It is recognition of the warmth, intuition, loyalty, and extraordinary mind she has shared with R+H over the past two years.
