🎉 July Staff Appreciation Recap! 🎉

Last Wednesday, we celebrated our amazing team with our July Staff Appreciation Celebration! Staff enjoyed a dunk tank, Plinko, delicious carnival food, and plenty of laughs throughout the day. 🎪🌭🎯💦

We also recognized some outstanding team members:

✨ What an Incredible Week at Mulder Health Care! ✨

This past week was full of celebration as we recognized our amazing team during National Certified Nursing Assistant Week — and what a week it was! 💙

We packed the week with fun themed dress-up days, including:
🏈 Game Day
😌 Cozy Day
🧦 Crazy Socks Day
🌈 Tie Dye Day
👔 Dress Like the Bosses
😂 Make the Residents Laugh Day
💗 Perfect in Pink Day

Throughout the week, our CNAs enjoyed a variety of activities and surprises, including:
🎡 Spin the Prize Wheel (where prizes ranged from candy bars… to a hug from Paige, our Director of Nursing 😄)
🧠 Guess Who CNA Trivia
🏅 A facility-wide Medallion Hunt that kept everyone on their toes!

And of course, no celebration is complete without treats! Each day featured something special, including:
🍹 Mocktail Bar
🥤 Root Beer Floats
💧 Hydration & Snack Station
☕ Iced Coffee Bar
🍿 Snack Bar

We wrapped up the celebration with our June Staff Appreciation Celebration, where our incredible dietary team served up delicious walking tacos for everyone to enjoy! 🌮

We also shared a bittersweet goodbye as we celebrated the retirement of Brenda, our Regional Director of Operations. Brenda has made such a meaningful impact on our team, and while she will be greatly missed, we wish her nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter. 💐

To all of our hardworking CNAs and staff — thank you for everything you do each and every day. We appreciate you more than words can say! ❤️

Woah, what an exciting week! We celebrated National Skilled Nursing Care Week and enjoyed every minute of it! Some of our fun dress-up days included Twinning Tuesday, Dress Like a Resident Day, Hippy Day, and Throwback Thursday! We also enjoyed treats throughout the week, including a Chex Mix bar, ice cream sundaes, a baked potato bar, and a delicious potluck provided by our wonderful leadership team. Our lights were shining bright all week long!

Our Light of the Month is Mary. Mary is nothing but hard working, compassionate and the sweetest thing ever.

We had our raffle baskets, strawberry shortcake, and the winner for our nurse trivia! 🍓🍰
