💙 Participant Experience Week is a time to celebrate the incredible people who shape the experience of care every day.

Across Trinity Health PACE, our team of nurses, physicians, support staff, leaders, and community partners show up for participants and families with compassion and commitment every day.

Each year, we ask our participants to share feedback through our Participant Satisfaction Survey. We are extremely proud of this year's results!
