⭐️ BIG MILESTONE FOR COLONIAL MANOR!! ⭐️

Today we had the privilege of celebrating the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of our new Onsite Dialysis Den at Colonial Manor Nursing Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This was an incredible event that brought together healthcare leaders, community partners, physicians, and referral partners who share the same commitment to improving post-acute care for our patients.

The addition of in-house dialysis services represents a meaningful step forward in expanding the clinical capabilities within our skilled nursing facility. By offering dialysis onsite, we can provide patients with more coordinated care, reduce transportation burdens, and improve overall continuity of care.

A special thank you to everyone who attended and supported this milestone, and to the dedicated Colonial Manor and SkyBlue Healthcare teams who worked hard to bring this program to life.
