Severe weather headed our direction. Please stay weather aware! Potential for flooding with the incoming storms.

Severe thunderstorms, some capable of producing damaging winds, can be expected across much of the area starting this afternoon, and lingering into Monday night. Storms will also contain heavy downpours, and locations that receive repetitive downpours will be vulnerable to flash flooding.

Active weather returns to the area with severe storms and heavy rain possible late Monday into Tuesday, with the time frames of greatest concern being later Monday night into early Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon/evening.
