CHC, Inc. opened our first pharmacy, located at our 72nd Street Clinic!

Come visit our wonderful pharmacy team, led by the AMAZING Dr. Sun. We have lower filling fees than retail pharmacies and our team will work to help you find a way to make your medications more affordable.

Currently open Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm. Closed for lunch 12:45pm-1:45pm.

We at CHC, Inc. know how prevalent mental health issues are in our community and our providers and staff work hard daily to support patients who are struggling. Today, our team attended the “We Remember You” Ride to Prevent Su***de. To show our support, our providers and staff donated a spa self-care basket.

If you are between the ages of 21 to 65 years old, please call us to schedule your annual physical and Pap smear!

Cervical cancer is easily treated when caught early, so do not put this off. Cervical cancer is also preventable by getting your HPV vaccine - check your records and get this now if you haven’t gotten it!

***Ask us about our self-swab HPV testing as an alterna to your Pap smear if you want a less invasive option!***
