Big shoutout we have to give today. 🇺🇸

Natalie, one of our amazing Chiropractic Assistants at our West Des Moines office, is heading out on deployment for the next 6 months.

She's been part of the Optimum family for about a year now, and if you've been in our WDM office, there's a good chance she's the one who greeted you, got you set up, and made you feel taken care of. That energy is going to be missed around here — but we could not be prouder of her.

Balancing a full-time job with serving her country isn't easy, and Natalie does it without ever making a big deal out of it. So today, we want to make a big deal out of it for her.

Natalie — thank you. Thank you for your service, thank you for your sacrifice, and thank you for everything you've poured into our team this past year. Stay safe, stay strong, and know that your Optimum family is counting down the days until you're back.

Dr. Nashali has welcomed her beautiful baby into the world, and we couldn’t be happier for her and her family.

Mom and baby are doing great — and if you can’t tell from this picture, they are completely in love already 🥹

She will be returning from maternity leave starting April 20th, and we know so many of you have been looking forward to having her back in the office in West Des Moines!

You will be:

We call it being the air traffic controller of the patient experience.

This role is for someone who:

– Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment

– Pays attention to details others miss

This is a part-time position (3:00–6:00 PM) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and is ideal for someone who wants:
