These lesions include plantar warts and papillomatous skin growths, presenting as rough keratotic plaques on the soles and soft, cauliflower-like nodules in moist or friction-prone areas.
They may appear as thickened, clustered, or exophytic lesions and can persist or enlarge over time if untreated.
