Bill takes immense pride in his work, keeping our supplies efficiently ordered and stocked. For months, he has quietly carried the workload of two people. Thanks to his sharp organizational skills, the transition has been seamless. Bill also created and maintains the vital supply systems that give our entire hospital staff the tools to succeed. Did you know that here in Environmental Services, not only do we clean and disinfect, we also sew curtains? Some curtains needed repair so Elizabeth, our Director of ES, brought in her sewing machine and voilà! repairs done!

On Friday our awesome Employee Activities Committee treated us to a cookout, and the Tastee-Treats ice cream truck showed up for dessert - yummmmm! 🍔🌭🥤🍦To top it off, mother nature gave us a beautiful day!

Phoebe has been with us as a rehab aide for the past 4 years and is now our newest OT to join the team! Pictured is Phoebe (at right) with her mom Kirsten, not only her biggest fan, but also the Nursing Administrative Assistant here at Whittier. Congratulations Phoebe, we are so proud of you!!! ❤

The employee activities committee held a World Cup party today. We enjoyed complimentary ice cream in the Bistro and baseball caps, pint glasses and mugs were raffled off.
