This morning a lovely group of us gathered by the Saccarappa Falls in Westbrook. I led everyone through a guided chakra meditation and Mike & I offered reiki. All the elements were surrounding us: earth, air, fire and water. It was low-key, simple and grounding exactly what was needed for a self-care Sunday. I feel blessed to offer this sacred work to the community.

My Energy Cleanse group is full tomorrow and I am so grateful. We're going to gather near a magical location along the river in Westbrook. Some new and familiar faces will be joining us. Mike wrote an amazing Chakra Meditation that I'm excited to share with the group!!! Next class will be Energy Protection for Empaths on Friday September 25th 6:00pm.
