Who cares for New York? 🌎👩‍⚕️

New York depends on physicians from around the world—36.2% of NY physicians are international medical graduates.

At the same time, Black & Hispanic/Latino physicians remain dramatically underrepresented.

We need both: modernized licensure AND a stronger pipeline for underrepresented physicians.

Different challenges. One goal: a physician workforce that reflects New York.
