Need a little peace and quiet? Drop off your husband. Drop off your wife. Drop off your favorite stressed-out human for 1 to 3 hours.

We promise to keep them safe, hydrated, and significantly more relaxed than when they arrived. 😄

We are beyond excited to share everything happening this month!

June is filled with our beloved weekly sound baths, a brand-new Saturday morning class for the summer, relaxing Beach Sound Baths, and our traditional Sound Bath in the Park. Along with these special events, you’ll find all the wonderful experiences and gatherings that make Zen Zone such a unique place to connect, recharge, and grow.

We hope you’ll join us for one or many of our June offerings. Don’t forget that we also provide our regular wellness services at Zen Zone and the Salt Cave, designed to support your mind, body, and spirit year-round.

Beach Sound Baths are back 🌊✨

Our favorite summer tradition returns to the shoreline with sunset sound healing, crystal bowls, ocean air, and deep relaxation under the evening sky.

Join us this June and July at 7 PM for four magical beach gatherings in Misquamicut, Westerly RI.

Bring your blankets, towels, beach chairs, and your favorite cozy layers as we settle into the sounds of the sea together.

Today we had the incredible honor of hosting the Westerly 250 Time Capsule at Zen Zone! 🎉

We were thrilled to contribute a gift certificate for future Zen Zone services and to be part of a project that connects our community across generations.

If you get the chance, we encourage you to write a letter and add your family’s story. Imagine someone opening this capsule 100 years from now and discovering what life was like in 2026. What was the weather like? What did our town look like? What dreams did we have for the future?

One thought that makes us smile: our youngest daughter is just one year old today. Could she be there a century from now when the capsule is opened? How amazing would that be?

As a small local business, we are incredibly proud to be part of the Westerly community and grateful to participate in this special Westerly 250 project. Here’s to preserving memories, sharing stories, and leaving a little piece of ourselves for future generations to discover. ❤️
