Please join me in a round of applause for Musa
Tarawally. He has been selected for the employee
of the month of September. Musa has been with MiSpace for
over a decade. He has such great hard-work and
dedication. Musa is always asking
for insight on learning new things and asking to
be shadowed at other houses. He has such great
passion for this industry and always treats the
clients with respect and dignity. Musa has
advocated for clients when needed, picked up
extra shifts when needed and always stays busy.
He has been a great employee. Musa has great
attention to detail. He has stepped up for one of
our clients and assisted with cleaning and putting
furniture together. Musa wanted the client to
have a nice clean environment. It is so refreshing
to know we have staff like Musa, who are there for
our clients.

One of our amazing clients received her new glasses and she is so excited. ! She is with our Lead Staff, Charity. Charity has been with the company a little over 3 years. Her hard work and passion for this industry is very appreciated. Being a DSP is a work of heart. Charity takes pride in what she does and it does not go unnoticed.

We had the joy of celebrating our DSP's for DSP Week! We would like to thank each and every one of you. Your hard work and dedication to our clients are much appreciated. You are the reason why MiSpace carries on. You are the gears that keep it going. The staff got to enjoy themselves with yummy food, spin the wheel, and received some gear! It was a great time.

Ralphs face says it all! He loves B-I-N-G-O! He asks Brittany all the time, "can we play bingo?!" The clients really enjoy themselves. It sure is nice to see staff and clients gather for a fun activity. The clients always end up cleaning us out of the prizes because they are so good at it! Once bingo was finished, Staff and Clients got to stuff their faces and fill their bellies with Pizza!

Please join me in congratulating Osman Kamara for being nominated as the DSP of the month of August. Osman has been with the company since the beginning of August. Since then he has taken initiation for our new client. We have become very impressed at what Osman has shown us. He is open to participating in new experiences to promote growth for the client. He has developed a trusting relationship with the client and guardian. When spoken to, he has a warm welcoming tone that has allowed him to establish a good solid foundation between the client and guardian. Osman Is open to taking constructive feedback when needed. He has been proactive with health and safety for the client. Osman Kamara was hired in as a Team Lead and I must say, he has the dedication to the client to provide them with the best care. Congratulations Osman Kamara on being nominated for the DSP of the Month. We are so happy to have you employed at MiSpace Inc.!

Last Month, we had the joy of celebrating Ralph's Birthday! We stuffed our faces with cake and gathered around to celebrate Ralph. We would genuinely like to thank Breana for putting this party together for Ralph. The joy on his face says it all.

Suzette has been with MiSpace for a little over a year, and from day one, she has been a dedicated advocate for our clients. She is consistently attentive to their needs, even going out of her way to provide transportation to day programs when necessary.

Suzette’s positive attitude and genuine passion for her work make her a wonderful asset to our team. She truly exemplifies the high standards of service we strive for at MiSpace.

- Wear light clothes and hats that can provide shade and protection for your face.
- Do not leave people or pets in a car!
