A year ago, most members of the Westerbells had never performed with handbells, and many had never performed publicly at all. After months of weekly rehearsals, they took the stage for a recital that brought residents and families together to celebrate everything they had accomplished. Bravo, Westerbells! Throughout May, Connie partnered with our Entertainment & Programming team to lead a watercolor card-making series for fellow residents. Participants learned new techniques, created handmade cards, and enjoyed a creative afternoon together every other week.
