Creative Family Solutions is looking for Supervised Parenting Time Supervisors to join our team in Central Indiana.

This role includes supervising parent-child visits, maintaining a safe and neutral environment, objectively documenting interactions, and completing professional observation reports.

We’re looking for individuals who are:
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with children and high-conflict families
• Able to remain neutral and maintain professional boundaries
• Strong in written communication and documentation

⏰ Availability: Must be available to work weekday evenings (excluding Fridays) and/or weekends.

Backgrounds in social work, legal services, education, child development, psychology, family services, child welfare, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

No supervised parenting time experience? That’s okay! Training will be provided, and all required training is paid.

Child Inclusive Mediation - What is it? Child Inclusive Mediation is a process that keeps the child’s voice at the center of family decision-making. It allows children to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and developmentally appropriate way through a trained professional.

This information is then brought into the mediation process to help parents better understand their child’s needs, reduce conflict, and make more informed, child-focused decisions. The goal is not to have children make decisions, but to ensure their voice is heard while parents remain responsible for outcomes.
