Welcome back to Phone Call Friday! We’re sharing practical tips to help make phone conversations easier and more successful for individuals with hearing, speech, and communication needs.

This week’s focus: 5 Tips for Better Hearing on the Phone 📞

✔️ Use your hearing aid’s phone program (if available)
✔️ Try speakerphone or Bluetooth streaming
✔️ Move to a quiet room
✔️ Ask the caller to speak naturally—not louder
✔️ Don’t hesitate to ask for repetition or a rephrase
