I am excited to share that Dr. Sarah Bilancia and I will be offering a 2-week introductory SPACE workshop for parents of kids with anxiety-related concerns starting December 2.

In an effort to make our workshop more accessible for families with busy schedules, Dr. Sarah Bilancia and I will be offering a 2-week introductory workshop for parents of kids with anxiety-related concerns starting October 21st.

We will cover the dynamic that typically emerges between parents and anxious children, how parents can help children better understand their worries, and how to boost kids' confidence in their ability to cope with tough moments. In our work with families, we find that this often gives parents the tools and perspective they need to make important changes!

The workshop is virtual, so participation is not limited by geography. Please share with anyone you think might benefit! And of course, please reach out if you have any questions or would like to learn more.

Our Fall SPACE group is now forming! Parents of preschool and elementary school-aged children with anxiety, fears, and related behavioral concerns will learn practical strategies to support their children while decreasing anxiety and increasing resiliency. The interactive workshop series will be online and will take place over 4 weeks. Each group will be limited to 6 families. Dr. Sarah Bilancia and I will be facilitating this workshop series based on the SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions - program developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center.

Dr. Sarah Bilancia and I are excited to announce that we will be running a new workshop series based on the SPACE - Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions - program developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center.

Parents of preschool and elementary school-aged children with anxiety, fears and phobias, OCD-type behaviors, and related behavioral concerns will learn practical strategies to support their children while decreasing anxiety and increasing resiliency.
