🥦🍓🍠 What a balanced meal looks like 🥑🫐🍗

There are so many diet trends out there, but the key to long term health is learning how to balance YOUR meals not cutting entire foods groups out.

A balanced plate includes:

🍗 Protein helps build and repair muscles, keeps you full, and supports your body’s daily functions.

🥑 Healthy fats support hormones, brain health, and help keep you satisfied.

🍠 Carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy for workouts, daily activities, and even thinking clearly.

🥦 Fruits & vegetables provide vitamins, minerals, fiber, and nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.

The important thing to remember is that everyone’s body, lifestyle, and goals are different. What works for one person may not work for another, which is why balance and personalization matter.

When progress feels slow, motivation fades, and it seems like everyone else is moving faster than you.

But real growth is not built in perfect moments.
It’s built in the quiet decisions, showing up for your workout, choosing discipline over excuses, starting again after a hard week, and refusing to quit on yourself.

Health is not about perfection it's about consistency,
It's about becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident one day at a time.

Some of the biggest transformations happen long before anyone else can see them. They happen in your mindset, your habits, and the resilience you build when you keep going anyway.

Be proud of every step forward, no matter how small it feels. Because the person you are becoming is worth the effort.

When progress feels slow, motivation fades, and it seems like everyone else is moving faster than you.

Your goals can distract you! YES MAAM they sure can.

I’m not saying don’t have a goal WE NEED THEM.

I’m saying to focus on the process.

Focus on those small daily actions that will all contribute towards that major goal in the horizon.

One small step at a time repeated over and over.

Eventually you will get there ♥️ I promise 😇

Consistency WINS every single time!

You don’t need the perfect plan. You don’t need more motivation. You need to show up even when it’s inconvenient, even when it’s messy, and even when you’re tired.

Progress is built in the small moments no one sees. The workout you almost skipped. The healthier choice you didn’t feel like making. The discipline when motivation wasn’t there.
