ley consist of compassionate, licensed professionals offering an integrative therapeutic approach to treating behavioral health conditions. Our team of clinicians offer individualized attention to each client to ensure a treatment plan that is specific to their unique needs and goals. Our treatment team is trained in a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Informed Care, IMAGO Relationship Therapy, Havening for Trauma, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SBRT), Mindfulness and Meditation and other evidence based practices to successfully treat behavioral health disorders. Our clinical services include individual, couples and family psychotherapy for adults, teens and children. We also offer a weekly free family support and education group for those impacted by a loved ones' substance use disorder every Monday at 7pm via zoom, facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker. NHR Recovery Housing Programs: we offer safe and supported recovery housing programs for both women and men in Suffolk County, NY. Our innovative four-phase programs are a safe haven for individuals who are in recovery from substance use disorders. This program has been recognized as a leading model for recovery housing on LI, as we offer a higher level of individualized care and service.
